14/9/2008 Jack Tippett wins first ever race in a Kart Mini Cadet
 
Jack Tippett, one of Queensland's best young prospects has won his first ever race in a Kart Mini. Jack was competing in the Midget Class at the Sandy Creek Raceway at Warwick.
After having a few mechanical problems in the 2nd heat and pre final against a strong field of 16 karts he finished in 3rd place overall for the day.
Jack will definatly be one to watch in the future.
 

17/8/2008 Joel Worrell wins Qld. Restricted TAG Heavy C grade Title

 
In only his 4th ever race meeting Joel Worrell has won his first Qld Title. He overcame his share of problems to win the meeting with 2 wins and 2 seconds.
He only had to finish the final to take the win but it was a nervous 12 laps as he had to drive the whole distance with a sticking throttle.
Congratulations Joel!

10/3/08 Felipe Guimaraes wins Florida Winter Tour

 
In another dominant display of driving, Brazilian Champion Felipe Guimaraes has won the final round and the series in Rotax Senior. In a field of over 70 drivers from around the world  he qualified on pole and was unbeaten once again. The series win was made even more impressive due to only competing in 2 of the 3 rounds.
 

24/2/08  The New 2008 Kart Mini Smart Now Available in Australia

11/2/08  Kart Mini "Smart" Dominates Rotax Senior at the Florida Winter Tour.

 

Brazilian Champion, Felipe Guimaraes made a clean sweep, claiming pole position and winning the Pre Final by 7.5 secs and the Final by 8 secs.

These results were achieved using the new 2008 Kart Mini "Smart" & running the same class tyre as the Australian Rotax Series, the Mojo D2.

27/1/08    American Kart Mini importer, Brazilian Oswaldo Negri Jr, has secured pole position for the Rolex 24-hours of Daytona Sport Car race this weekend. Ozz drove his No. 60 Michael Shank Racing Ford Riley to a lap time of 1:40.793, 2.5s under the lap record for Prototype sports cars.  More info HERE.
